Land Acknowledgement

We want to acknowledge the original caretakers of the land on which we gather. Tustin sits on the ancestral and unceded territory of the Acjachemen Nation (Juaneño Band of Mission Indians) and the neighboring Tongva (Gabrielino) people, who governed and sustained this region for thousands of years.

Both nations were forcibly displaced through colonization, missionization, and state-sponsored policies of genocide and assimilation, injustices whose impacts are still felt today. Many of their descendants continue to live, work, and thrive throughout Southern California.

We honor their past and present, and we recognize our collective responsibility to support Native sovereignty, cultural preservation, and healing.
