Some races never end. The Cecil County Dragway has been silent for years- or so the town believes. A phantom racer haunting the abandoned track, a man bound by blood and broken promises, is pulled back to the place where everything began. An investigation becomes a reckoning, as the dead demand completion and the living pay the price.
